Johnston Original Artdolls ships the same day you place your order. It is our policy to ship within six hours of receiving your order. If you place your order Monday through Friday, your package will be shipped to you that same day. Normally Domestic packages will arrive at their destination within 3 working days. International orders are delivered within 7-10 days.
Johnston Original Artdolls ships all of its packages via United States Postal Service. We use flat rate Priority Air Mail for all of our shipments. USPS flat rate priority air mail is the fastest and cheapest method available. There are several reasons that we prefer USPS over other mail carrier. They track all domestic packages, insure them up to $100, and ship within six hours of receiving the packages. When shipping Internationally USPS track packages to the Customs office in the country to which we are shipping.

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Thanks for shopping at Johnston Original Artdolls. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please call or email about the problem. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Please, provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds… Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card company or to you through PayPal.
Shipping… You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will not be refunded.
Seminars and Workshops… You may cancel a seminar or workshop 30 days or longer before the event for a full refund. If you cancel less than 30 days before the event we will allow you to reschedule a subsequent event of the same kind as long as it is done within one year. If you wish to substitute someone else in your place that is acceptable.
Orders are processed within six hours of our receiving your order on Monday through Friday. If you place your order on the weekend or holidays, your order will be shipped on the following business day.
You will be sent an automatic notice of your shipment and tracking information via the United States Postal Service as long as you have provided a current eMail address with your order.
