The Red Hat Ladies are more than an organization they have become a legend. This doll is hand sculpted with ProSculpt Caucasian Flesh over a wire armature and a hand made fabric costume. The hands and boots are hand crafted by Wendy. She was inspired to sculpt this doll by seeing the "Red Hat Ladies" at all of the doll shows. If the truth was known I think this doll could "spit" if she wanted to. If you don't understand the use of the word "Spit" you must read the poem, "When I get old I shall wear purple"

Second place in the 2004 ProSculpt Scholarship Award contest. It was also nominated for the Dolls Award of Excellence.
