All ProSculpt clay is made of the same formula, therefore you may mix any of the colors together. The only difference in colors is the pigment. If you wish to make a light skin African American like Halle Barry you should mix 10% ethnic brown with 90% caucasian flesh. Of course any other percentage will work too. I mix colors consistantly with great success. Good luck, Jack

I am new at doll making and wanted a lighter color so I mixed half caucasian and half ethnic black and was very happy with the results.

I have not tried it, but have heard that you can mix genesis paints and flesh color prosculpt with good results since genesis is a polymer. Make sure you mix a big enough batch to finish the whole doll though, or you will have a hard time matching it again. One of these days I am going to give it a try anyway.

Hi Jack, I want to make an african american baby, but don't want it to be the dark brown color since they are not that dark skinned when babies. Could I mix your darkest flesh tone with your brown to get something in between? Has anyone done this that you are aware of and how did it work? thanks, Lisa
