Second Annual ProSculpt Scholarship Award Contest

We are proud to announce the second annual contest winners.

Response to the ProSculpt contest for 2000 was excellent. We have included the top seven nominees of which three have won the first, second and third place. The other four have been awarded Honorable Mention.

The first place dollmaker will receive a $1200 scholarship to attend the professional dollmakers seminar in North Salt Lake. The second place dollmaker will receive a $450 scholarship to attend an advanced seminar held at one of numerous locations across the country. The third place dollmaker will receive a $450 scholarship to attend a beginning seminar at his or her choice of locations.

The third annual ProSculpt contest will be opening January 1, 2001 and will close on July 31, 2001. To enter the contest, simply sculpt an original doll of ProSculpt clay and send a 4x5" photograph to:

Winners from the 1999 ProSculpt Scholarship Awards Contest


First Place, Sue Shuppy

Sue wins a $1000 scholarship to be used at the 2000 Professional Dollmakers Seminar at Salt Lake City, Utah. After graduating from the course, she will be invited to attend the Toy Fair in New York City in February, 2001.


Second Place, Teresa Watson

Teresa wins a $400 scholarship award to be used toward the 2000 Professional Dollmakers Seminar. She will also be invited to attend the Toy Fair.


Third Place, Bonnie Chyle

Bonnie will receive the definitive works of Jack Johnston Seminars on videocassete.


First Place - Hands, Linda Haddan

Linda will receive a $400 scholarship to be used at any of the Johnston seminars including the Professional Seminar in 2000.
